Remove the OIDC connector and tests from this repo. The connector code has been moved to the enterprise repo in the auth plugin.
Remove the OIDC auth web handler which has been moved to the enterprise repository.

Remove the OIDC connector login logic which has now been moved to the
enterprise repository.

This PR should be reviewed in conjunction with
https://github.com/gravitational/teleport.e/pull/630 which adds the OIDC
connector to the enterprise repository. Once that is merged, this will
be updated with the submodule and merged here.
