This has been rebased on top of #920, which has just been merged. This PR is still fully generated with: It is now a little smaller as some of the changes made it into the previous PR. |

Note: The releases of the terraform provider and the event-handler plugin failed due to the Drone Mac builder dying. The pipelines were reworked in #922 to build the Mac binaries on a linux builder. The tag for those two (teleport-event-handler-v14.0.0, terraform-provider-teleport-v14.0.0) were updated to point to the commit after the release the updated the drone pipeline. |
