this file needs wrapped in if mods['blueprint-shotgun']
so that it doesn't cause errors when that mod isn't active.

dang it that's been in my head like 10-20 times whilst prepping the compatibility, dunno how i forgot 💀

i haven't heard back from @CodeGreen0386 as to whether or not he likes the code i presented in my initial pr 🤔 |

This adds data stage compatibility for the blueprint shotgun mod, the technology costs & recipe ingredients are just fragments of my imagination and feel free to change them as you see fit, some control stage changes will also be required for proper cube tracking, and that is done here: https://github.com/CodeGreen0386/blueprint-shotgun/pull/1
