Not sure why but it complained about jcenter and checked react native screens and bottom tabs and they both use mavenCentral
Doing this again after React Native 0.82 has broken it again again. Found out [from react native screens](software-mansion/react-native-screens#3324) - they didn't me about it (even though I told [them about the last break](software-mansion/react-native-screens#2778). Couldn't recreate the problem with tabs - with scenes swipe back recreates. Maybe it's there for completeness or if there's special tabs scenario that can't remember?!

Prevented React Native hiding frozen scenes again again. Found out about it from software mansion although they didn't tell me even though I told them the last time :(
Changed build.gradle from
jcentertomavenCentral. The build failed otherwise and react native screens and bottom tabs both usemavenCentral.Also updated fabric sample to React Native 0.82 to test
