llcppsymg:read symbol from static lib file.

current llcppg are read dylib to find symbols,need to introduce a mode to tell llcppg to read static library for symbol fetch.

I think it's better to detect it by file extension name, we can scan the lib directory and filter .so and .a file.

In many library paths, both static and dynamic libraries coexist. When a user utilizes them, they need to specify whether to perform static or dynamic linking. The current artifact, the "llgo binding", extracts public functions from a specific library file. In a sense, this is also a linking or compile process. Therefore, I believe the user needs to know whether they are linking to a dynamic or a static library.
