It looks like https://storage.googleapis.com/golang/getgo/installer_linux has been removed.

CI failures are not due to this PR, but will just fix the go issue and then rerun the CI.

I've analyzed this, and it appears PR #14155 broke the Trial Build. I have just reverted it in PR #14158, so the build should be working again shortly. In the meantime, I am preparing a new PR with the fix that the original PR intended to introduce.
