Can't access OSS-Fuzz reports for gitoxide

As detailed in GitoxideLabs/gitoxide#1980, I am unable to access reports on oss-fuzz.com and bugs.chromium.org, even when logged in. As attested there, it is intended that I be able to access this, it was just never configured. (I'm about to open a PR that adds my email address to auto_ccs for gitoxide, but I am also opening this issue, which the instructions in #1979 seem to recommend.)

Edit: I've opened #13283 for this. In it, I've also updated the project URL.
