Bug circle connection animation persistence

Description

When you quickly disconnect and reconnect a block, the circle animation persists

Reproduction steps

1. Start the playground
2. Take two "if" blocks
3. Disconnect ant reconnect quickly the second block to generate a lot of circle animations, zoom a bit if the animations do not appear
4. Sometimes, a circle persists and is never removed
