Summary

Remove padding above shortcuts and loading phrase line.

Details

The shortcuts and loading phrase line has a padding above it, this is taking up valuable space in the terminal. It also is minimizing the scroll space in alternate buffer mode.

Code Review

The pull request successfully removes extra padding in the Composer component, which improves terminal space utilization as described. The changes to Composer.tsx and the snapshot tests in Composer.test.tsx.snap reflect this intended behavior. The code changes are minimal and directly address the stated objective.
