This continues the effort to centralise API-like behaviour in, well, the API. Anything involving Pinata/IPFS should be happening there rather than in the app or dashboard. This moves some lingering functionality around uploading artist profile images to its proper home.
Also rips out some 'power user' logic which didn't sit right with me.
Tested locally and seems to work.
