Issue description

Camera2D gizmo lines don't update after changing Viewport Width/Height in the Project Settings until the camera is modified or the scene is reloaded. Unlike #92975, the scene needs to be reloaded so that any changes can be seen. The issue also only occurs in 4.x, not 3.x.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create a new scene with a Camera2D node.
  • While keeping the 2D editor viewport visible in the background, open the project settings and adjust Display > Window > Size > Viewport Width.
  • Close the dialog. Notice the pink lines of the camera gizmo don't update until you save the scene and use Scene > Reload Saved Scene (or modify the camera in any way, e.g. by moving it).
