Pen Tablet: can't click on menu items

Issue description

The buttons and the items in the menu lists cannot be clicked

Note that the issue is solved when disabling Windows Ink. But then the Viewport Navigation Gizmo is unusable.

Steps to reproduce

Open editor, click on a "Editor", try to click on any menu items (see video).

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

You just need to open godot on an empty project.
