Sync API with the latest upstream 3.x commit as of now, 1538b87.
All headers were updated from
godot/modules/gdnative/include/, andgdnative_api.jsonwas updated fromgodot/modules/gdnative/gdnative_api.json.It might seem like only the licenses were changed, but there have been some minor updates to API as well, e.g.,
determinantmethod was exposed in Transform2D with this PR.
