Add extended physics tests. #483

This is a test that demonstrates improvement of multi-core bullet physics. It can also reliably crash my test code, but it works on 3.2 stable.

Was asked by @aaronfranke, but it needs work.

Changes the number of items dropped and drops the previous count but 16 times extra.

This should be added as extra scenes and buttons on the original project, not a completely separate project.
