Add Concrat benchmarks

TODO

• Add their Goblint conf.
• Add index file with arguments (ones without main have allfuns).

Problems

• "Cannot represent the integer" errors in Concrat benchmarks cil#132
• sysbench, sysbench-fixed: multiple definition of sb_rand_uniform_double function.
• Add missing library functions for Concrat benchmarks analyzer#996
• Other non-standard missing library functions (project-specific, OpenGL, etc).
• brubeck: Address domain bucket conflict with first field offset analyzer#998
