Unrolled loop heads are different nodes, which aren't actually loop heads. For sound invariants, they must also be included if at a location if at least one is.

Closes #1225. Builds on #1240.
This implements a hack to just merge YAML witness invariants by CIL location.
This will have to be refactored at some point but a quick solution is needed to produce valid witnesses in SV-COMP 2024.
