The window is not displayed correctly...

For me it doesn't display the window correctly. It looks like it's always changing position. (See screenshot) I can't fill in the fields. What could that be? Thanks for the help

another older and closed (i think) issue thread mentioned some problem very similar to this... IIRC they found a conflict with another program on their system... once it was removed, the problem went away... unfortunately i don't recall any phrase that could be searched for and i'm not sure if that issue is still open now or closed... i suspect it is closed if it were only for this particular problem... i would look back through the last maybe 3 months of closed issues to see if you can find it... it may solve your problem, too...

i went looking... #839 and #1058 were the two i was remembering... the end of #839 talks about some mouse software causing that person's problem...
