Package version eg. v9, v10:

Issue, Question or Enhancement:
(I am newbie in golang)
According to PR #710, the go get command doesn't work with /v10. But for me, the command with /v10 works correctly..
If I use the command on README, it will get v9 package..
Please check it. :D
