Migrate to a mantained yaml package

go-openapi is currently using an unmaintained yaml package. https://github.com/go-yaml/yaml/tree/v3 it has been archived after a long period of no development and because of that this should migrate to another yaml package that is being mantained such as https://github.com/goccy/go-yaml.

Yes I've seen the archived status released by Gustavo.
The Goccy's version may introduce many changes, since this is a completely fresh implementation of yaml.
I don't know yet. This new implementation looks nice.

Do you have any suggestions regarding a "blessed fork" of the original go-yaml?

I did see something like this mentioned in a seperate issue here: ddev/ddev#7280
main idea being
"It looks like https://github.com/yaml/go-yaml has taken over official fork of go-yaml.v3"

From what I can tell this go-yaml is a fork of yaml.v3 and is being actively maintained and should have backwards compatibility with yaml.v3 it's just a matter of an actual migration.
