Link gitea feature to issue

This is awesome to have such a complete list of feature compared to other alternatives like Gitlab CE I'm using.

In order to follow the feature that are still not available on Gitea, what about link them to the corresponding Github issue? That would allow interested people to follow when the issue is implemented.

I think it would also be nice to link checkmarks for features implemented since the fork to the respective pull request.
