Commit messages should be given 72 chars before wrapping

Description

I recently noticed that Gitea's commit log seems to wrap commit messages to around 60 characters. This is a bit unfortunate given that 72 characters is the standard commit message length in a lot of places, and it seems like there's enough space for it to work.in
