Replace 'openwrt-imagebuilder-ramips-mt7621-newdriver_3.8' with 'openwrt-imagebuilder-ramips-mt7621_3.8'. Fix cloning error when compiling with imagebuilder.
Fix default luci installation on some models (AR750S,XE300,E750,MT1300,MV1000,B1300,S1300,AP1300,B2200,B1300,S1300,AX1800).
