As per https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/assigning-passwords.html MySQL replication password length is limited to
32characters. With this PRgh-ostwill bail out with a clear error message indicating this fact, instead of letting MySQL fail on an obscure message.cc @cjoudrey @jbuck
