Additional notes for reviewers

Version 0.2.1 resolves every Agent Plugins v1.0.0 warning from the initial intake: the canonical manifest is now plugin.json at the plugin root, uses the official schema URL, and contains only specification fields. Portable MCP discovery uses the fixed root mcp.json location. GitHub Copilot hooks use hooks/hooks.json and preserve all nine documented lifecycle hooks. The official schemas validate, Vally passes, and installation/live-load checks pass in Copilot CLI 1.0.79. Elephant is local-first and has no telemetry or hosted service.

Published v0.2.1 and updated this submission to its immutable tag plus full commit SHA.

Changes made for the initial intake feedback:

• moved the canonical Agent Plugins manifest to root plugin.json;
• added the official Agent Plugins v1.0.0 schema and removed non-spec top-level fields;
• removed the shadow .github/plugin/plugin.json that the gate had prioritized;
• added root mcp.json and conventional hooks/hooks.json;
• preserved and verified all nine GitHub Copilot lifecycle hooks.

Validation completed: both official JSON schemas pass, Vally passes, 12 Python tests pass, npm package inspection passes, and live Copilot plugin discovery succeeds. Please rerun intake against v0.2.1 / ab4afd1cdee50701f445831a64c150d60b95db48.
