Default split layout for new windows/tabs

Hi,

I like to use my temrinal in full screen mode with splits. Ghostty does this very well, however, there is no way (as far as i can tell, and if there is, please point me to it) to define a default set of splits, so I end up dutifully splitting my terminal the same way every time I open it. It doesn't take that long, but I'm going to be honest, this is annoying.

Same goes for new tabs.

If there already is a way to do that, then please pardon my ignorance, but I have not found it in the documentation and googling around.

The way I envision this could work is to have a configuration for a set of actions triggered on new OS windows and new tabs such as startup-action, new-os-window-action and/or new-os-tab-action.
