macOS: cmd+h inserts "h" when ghostty is the ony app on screen

Issue: when Ghostty is the only window on the screen, pressing cmd+h inserts an "h"
Expectation: cmd+h should not insert anything
Environment: Ghostty version 1.1.2, no config file, macOS Sequoia

To reproduce:

• open one Ghostty window
• press cmd+opt+h to hide all other windows; this leaves Ghostty as the only app on screen
• press cmd+h; an "h" is inserted

Note:

• cmd+h works as expected when there are other apps' windows on screen, i.e. cmd+h hides Ghostty
