It looks like it was commented out from #26962.
I guess that originated from #20446 (reply in thread)
But now ROCm for Ubuntu exist at all as a result.
@ggerganov what do we do to bring this back?

We need to figure out why
ccachedoes not work and how to fix it. Disabled for reason outlined in OP.There was a problem hiding this comment.

OK, let me look in a fork. I suspect it's ccache size is too small.
