I don't have the HW to test it. Can you post a full log when you build & run the docker, to show that it works? |

This PR fixes an issue when running the vulkan docker image:
This error was thrown because the base layer was missing the vulkan library. I've installed it (
libvulkan-dev) and took the opportunity to update the ubuntu version to 24.04.
