When I looked at the README I got the impression that it has quite a lot of outdated information. This PR updates the introduction of the README, in particular the description of the goals and features of llama.cpp (@ggerganov please check whether this aligns with your view of the project).
I moved the Mistral/Mixtral models towards the top of the list since they have become quite popular.
I expanded the UI list; I was not sure how to order the entries so I opted for an alphabetical order.
