Show/Hide with scroll to the top & nested selectors

Hey! There is a small issue with the show/hide behaviors. Take this structure:

level 1
  level 1.1
    level 1.1.1
    level 1.1.2
  level 1.2
    level 1.2.1
    level 1.2.2
  level 1.3
    level 1.3.1
    level 1.3.2
level 2

When I am on the level 2 and then, scroll to top, the level 1.1, 1.2 & 1.3 show.

It seems there is the same issue when you reload the page with the page focus on a sub level (for example level 1.2.2) and then scroll. The level 1.1, 1.2 & 1.3 show.

I just released Tocify v1.0.0, so you should not see the above issues anymore (Crossing my fingers). Here is the upgraded jsbin that has the same page structure as what you listed above. Let me know if you are still having issues. Thanks!
