Improve grammar and consistency in French translations #2038

Description

@GusEpitech

While using Umbrel in French, I noticed a few grammatical inconsistencies in the fr.json file.
As a native French speaker, I’d like to propose the following corrections:

"app.optimized-for-umbrel-home"
Current: "Optimisé pour Umbrel Home"
Suggested: "Optimisée pour Umbrel Home"
Reason: Agreement with the feminine noun application (feminine adjective required).

"files-share.instructions.macos.time-machine.follow-steps"
Current: "Suivez les étapes ci-dessus puis ouvrez Réglages Système sur votre Mac."
Suggested: "Suivez les étapes ci-dessus, puis ouvrez les Réglages Système sur votre Mac."
Reason: Added comma before puis and definite article les before Réglages Système for clarity and correctness.

Terminology consistency
In some translations, App Store is translated, and in others, it remains in English.
Suggestion: Use a consistent term throughout the translation (either App Store or Magasin d’apps, depending on style guidelines).

I’d be happy to open a PR with these changes. Let me know if that’s okay or if you have preferred terminology/style conventions I should follow.
