Since unwind operator codes are variable-length encoded, it is not possible to reliably continue parsing once an unknown code has been encountered. Other functions in the same file can still continue valid unwind information, so rather than failing the entire file, just skip the invalid entries.
This is an expected error. Since more unwind operators could be added in the future, we should be lenient.
