Vector Log Sink Support for Sentry Logging

This issue tracks supporting sending logs to Sentry via Vector. If you're interested in Vector Log Sink support, please upvote and leave a comment on the issue in the Vector repo: vectordotdev/vector#23325. Upvoting that issue helps the Vector maintainers prioritize it.

Vector is the best/fastest way to collect logs from k8s/nomad cluster. It's easy to integrate. While some of the features may not be available in some cases, i think almost all use-cases could be configured.

If we talk about trace_id, session_id etc from backend apps, they could be attached to each log easily. But some of them, like errors/logs from daemons will not contain these fields, and i am pretty sure it's not a big problem.

I created an issue in the Vector repo to track this: vectordotdev/vector#23325

I'm going to take a look at implementing it! Please leave an upvote/comment there so that the maintainers can prioritize accordingly.
