During #234,
I noticed that I forgot to add the respective SDK symlinks for previously added .NET SDKs / NuGet packages:

This changeset is now adding both missing SDK symlinks.

Link sentry.dotnet.extensions.ai to packages/nuget/Sentry.Extensions.AI so the release registry resolves this SDK id like other dotnet integrations.

Link sentry.dotnet.hangfire to packages/nuget/Sentry.Hangfire so Hangfire releases are exposed under the canonical dotnet SDK layout.
