Version mismatch between react-router and react-router-dom

Medium Severity

The react-router package is updated to 7.12.0 while react-router-dom remains at 7.9.6. These packages are released in lockstep and react-router-dom depends on a matching react-router version. Additionally, @react-router/dev and @react-router/fs-routes in devDependencies are also still at 7.9.6.
