Failing to set initial user in Cocoa

This error can be seen in macOS and iOS debug log output:

[Sentry] [fatal] [1758789064.095741] [SentrySDKInternal:531] The SDK is disabled, so setUser doesn't work. Please ensure to start the SDK before setting the user.

We are automatically setting initial user before the SDK is initialized, hence this error. This needs to be revised.
