CLI update breaks API key authentication support

High Severity

Updating sentry-cli to version 3.1.0 introduces a compatibility break. The CLI 3.0.0 changelog states the --api-key flag was removed, but src/Sentry/buildTransitive/Sentry.targets still constructs CLI commands with --api-key $(SentryApiKey) when SentryApiKey is set. Users relying on SentryApiKey for authentication will experience build failures after this update because the CLI will reject the unrecognized flag.
