I have to admit this page confuses (the old one did too) me. I just don't know who this is for and what the scope is?
To me it feels this should be 2 playbooks:
- How to write a new SDK (with links to standards)
- How to run local Relay or alternatives (e.g. Spotlight) ➡️ or we create a more general tools section Tools ➡️ AI Tools & Tools ➡️ Development Environment for instance
