Environment

Python Version:
Python 3.6.9 (default, Mar 15 2022, 13:55:28)
[GCC 8.4.0] on linux

Nikola Version:
Nikola v8.2.0

Operating System:
Ubuntu

Description:

When using the data attribute in a post or page the included data file is not added to the dependency file of the post or page.
So a change to the data file does not trigger a rebuild of the including pages and posts.

When using a data attribute for loading external data from a file, this data
file is added to the dependency file.
Changing the content of the data file now triggers a rebuild of the pages and
posts which are including it.

fix getnikola#3608
