Drop Travis CI and AppVeyor

All our tests (Linux, macOS and Windows) are now running on GitHub
Actions. We’d like to thank Travis CI and AppVeyor for providing free CI
for many years, although Actions is fully free, is actively developed,
has less limitations and supports multiple platforms without compromises
(we’re running pretty much the same test procedure on all OSes!)
