Tic-tac-toe, noughts and crosses, or Xs and Os is a paper-and-pencil game for two players who take turns marking the spaces in a three-by-three grid with X or O. The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row is the winner.
The game requires two persons to play. When the game is started by running the code, prompt will appear showing whose turn is it at present and the current board status. This will continue on each turn. The code will automatically check for a winner on each turn and will display the winner if applicable. If there is no empty cell and there is no clear winner, the code display the same and prompt the user's to end and exit the game.
To play the game, first clone the repository and then build the code using the following steps:
cmake -S . -B Build
cmake --build Build
Once build is done, game can be started using the following steps:
cd Build
cd Debug
./TicTacToe.exe
