Major upgrade for JDK11 requirements:
Main upgrade has been to hibernate and hibernate spatial.
Many persistence annotations was moved from hibernate to jpa, so persistence has to be reworked a bit.
Added a script to create a sql file for schema creation (run
mvn exec:javafrom within the persistence module to run it)
