This PR replaces the upper incomplete gamma function used by SPOCK with the generalised incomplete gamma function, and replaces
a==0in the integer checking withnp.abs(a) < 1.e-12. This improves performance.The PR also improves the warnings raised by the equation of state for unexpected parameter values.
