Good day to you,

We have another problem with the printer:
We print on continuous rolls of 23×72 mm in size where the labels measure 20×70.
Unfortunately, in this setting the label is not properly printed, only when we open the PDF document and set the actual size.
Unfortunately, if we do this, the link between users will no longer be printed.
We use an Adobe Reader XI 11.0.23 as Adobe Reader. This problem is accompanied by a problem that users need all local administrators rights to set the correct paper size in the printer.
However, we would like to fix this with the settings in the program.

I hope you can help us with this problem once again.

I also have one question:
Can we hide or have removed the button "delete download file"?

I just added a new config switch which allows to hide the delete button.

I hope i can help but this sounds like a configuration error with your printer.
Does the printer have a paper/page format in 20x70?
Could you take screenshots of your printer settings (wrong and adjusted) in Adobe Reader and attach it?

Good morning to you,

The new installation will now transfer the correct configuration to the printer, so we won’t have to make any more adjustments.
The hiding/viewing of the menu and deleting the download file also works.

I thank you for the quick fixes and we wait for the release =)

Thank you very much
