Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My setup consist of a network share containing all my ROMS, and a Raspberry PI running Batocera. Batocera appears to add some additional files and folders to my ROM folder under each platform folder (downloaded_images/, media/, _info.txt, and gamelist.xml). When scanning my ROMS folder in Gaseous Games these additional files are detected and pulled into the software as a ROM. Most of the images appear to be tied to the specific rom they belong to, but the _info.txt and gamelist.xml are not, instead the scan appears to consider them roms for an "Unknown Platform".
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the ability to skip/ignore specific file extensions that should not be considered when running the library scanner (IE: _info.txt and gamelist.xml). Additionally any media (images and videos) should be considered such when viewing a game. Right now it appears to consider all additional media as a rom for an unknown platform, but it does include it under the specific game listing:
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have attempted to remove these files and folders from my ROM folder, but Batocera just appears to recreate them. I have not found any way to force Batocera to store these under a different directory.
