`mvn xml:transform` generates accumulator reports for all `*.xml` files in the `sample-acc/sample-xml` folder

This change causes the Maven processing to generate accumulator reports for all
*.xmlfiles in thesample-acc/sample-xmlfolder. The resulting HTML files will be in thetarget/generated-resources/xml/xsltfolder.
