First initial release of exe binary for windows 10.

0. Pre-requisite, at least 4GB VRAM Nvidia GPU and recommended to have 8GB VRAM Nvidia GPU.
1. Please download all 3 parts and put them in one folder.
2. You can use winzip or the best is to use 7zip via https://www.7-zip.org/download.html to unzip them. Unzip size is close to 5GB. My apologies for the large file size, mostly due to pytorch full binaries included.
3. Don't forget to download the required Stable Diffusion huggingface models as per wiki guide here
