Retro: PR #2685 — Renovate digest bump (closed without merge)

This retro analyzed a Renovate bot PR that bumped the sandbox base image Docker digest (images/sandbox/Containerfile, +1/−1). A human reviewer noted the image should be updated alongside OpenShell rather than independently, and closed the PR without merging in favor of PR #2693.
