The Idea behind this to have an Endpoint wich the Node can use to Check If he ist still in the best Gateway and maybe Switch gw |

add Endpoint to only get best Gateway
so we can test Clientside if we are still on the best Gateway
Clientside code thoughts
Mindestverweildauer: Implementiere eine (random) Mindestverweildauer, bevor ein Gerät das Gateway wechselt. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass ein Gerät nicht zu oft wechselt.
Manueller Modus: Biete den Benutzern die Möglichkeit, den automatischen Gateway-Wechsel zu deaktivieren und manuell zu prüfen ob sie auf dem besten Gateway sind
Server Side Trigger: Führe nur einen Wechsel auf ein neues Gateway aus wenn beim Prüfen auf das neue Gateway ein Parameter mit kommt der aussagt es soll geswitch werden
