* Move all Ansible-related files to an `ansible/` subdirectory * Add a Makefile to automate downloading Ansible role requirements as part of deploying the development environment. * Corresponding updates to Vagrantfile, etc. * Installs NodeJS and Gulp in the development VM so the Gulp integration that Gabe added in #1 works. Follows the same conventions pioneered by @conorsch in the secretshare repo.
